But...I am so sorry, not for the above but for your loss, for your kids, for the family, for you, it's fucking shit. Proper fucking shit.
Nothing we say on here will help, nothing, but in a way everything we say will help providing we keep rucking and keep distracting from real life.

Made me remember my son came home from work yesterday upset as his work colleague friend only 31 who was recently diagnosed stage two was stressed and in tears because his wife just told him she is pregnant.
It's a cruel world sometimes and it doesn't make sense. My mother in law who was a Nun and lived in a monastery for many years God rest her soul, used to say only the good die young, that takes you early if your good and had a strong belief in that, can happen to anyone and does all the time, wish you and the boys all the best Ray. RIP Mrs Winstone.
